Attire: Indian Attire (Preferred) or Cocktail

Meet at the cross-section of Crockett Street and Losoya Street next to the Alamo to begin the Baraat at 5 PM. Parking is limited downtown so please use Rideshare to arrive at the venue. There are many cobblestones in the venue, so make sure to factor that into shoe choice accordingly.

Alamo Plaza

Attire: Indian Attire (preferred) or cocktail

A baraat is a wedding procession/parade for the groom. Please meet in the Valero Plaza (to the right of the Alamo) to begin the procession of the groom's side of the family to be greeted by the bride's family.

6:00 PM–7:00 PM

Shaadi

Cavalry Courtyard

Please enter the Alamo venue promptly at 6 pm for the wedding ceremony in the Cavalry Courtyard.

7:00 PM–8:00 PM

Cocktail Hour

Convento Courtyard

At the end of the wedding ceremony, please proceed to the Convento Courtyard to enjoy some light bites and refreshments. You may go outside and take photos in front of the Alamo at this time.

8:00 PM–11:00 PM

Sangeet

Alamo Gardens

At 8 pm, please enter the Alamo Gardens to begin the Sangeet portion of the evening. The Sangeet is a night of dancing and music with friends and family. This musical night is a celebration of the union of not only the couple but the bonding of both families.

Attire: Black Tie

Please arrive a few minutes early to the wedding venue in order to be seated prior to the wedding ceremony beginning promptly at 6 pm on the lawn. The event will take place outside (weather permitting), so choose footwear accordingly. Transportation will be provided to the San Antonio Country Club from the St. Anthony and Emily Morgan Hotels. Buses will depart from the St. Anthony and Emily Morgan at 450pm and 530 pm for the San Antonio Country Club.
